Sean Bartholick
Attorney
Sean practices almost exclusively in family law where he focuses on divorces, child support and custody modifications, pre- and post- nuptial agreements, guardianships, and many other aspects of family law, including new areas such as surrogacy and gestational agreements.
As a family law practitioner, he believes that the heart of any family dispute is the best interest of the children. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Greg W. Moeller, the District Court Judge for Madison County (currently of the Idaho Supreme Court).
