Rich Andrus

Rich Andrus (of counsel) has practiced law in Rexburg since 1971. Rich is a skilled and experienced trial lawyer specializing in personal injury, worker’s compensation and trial work. He has helped hundreds of clients get settlements they deserve, ranging from a few thousand dollars to over one and half million dollars. Rich has also done and presently does extensive work in estate planning, wills and probate, real estate, commercial and business law and divorce and family law.
Rich is experienced in both litigation and negotiation He has been a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and Association of American Trial Lawyers, now known as The American Association of Justice, and has served on the Board of Governors of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. He is a past president of the Seventh Judicial District Bar Association.
Rich holds an outstanding service award from the Idaho State Bar. He is licensed to practice in all Idaho and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Rich holds the highest peer review rating possible from Martindale Hubbell (AV).
