Matt M. Meacham

Matt Meacham joined the firm in 2021 after serving a two-year term as a judicial law clerk to Chief Justice Roger S. Burdick of the Idaho Supreme Court. His practice includes all types of civil litigation, wills & estate planning, boundary disputes, and water law.
Matt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law. During law school, Matt served as a summer extern for the University of Idaho Office of the General Counsel and in a semester-in-practice as an extern for the City Attorney’s Office in Moscow, Idaho. He also received several awards during law school, including the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association’s Best Brief Award in 2017, the Idaho Law Review’s Outstanding Associate Editor Award in 2018, and the University of Idaho’s Alumni Award for Excellence in 2019. Matt is a Vandal through-and-through, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Marketing from the University of Idaho prior to law school. In practice, Matt brings the same dedication that allowed him to succeed in law school and as an Idaho Supreme Court clerk to his representation of clients.
Matt has lived in parts of northern, southwestern, and eastern Idaho throughout his life and is proud to be a fifth-generation Idahoan. In his free time, Matt enjoys fishing, hiking, backpacking, and skiing throughout Idaho. When he is not out exploring our great state, you can find Matt at home watching football or perfecting BBQ recipes on his offset smoker.
