Chase T. Hendricks

Attorney

Chase Hendricks has practiced law in Southeast Idaho since 2010, working in areas including administrative agency and governmental representation, contracts, real property, land use and development, leases, family law, and general litigation.  Mr. Hendricks believes that effective and diligent legal representation as early in the proceedings as possible is critical to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.  Mr. Hendricks will work tirelessly to represent the interests of his clients and their wishes.  Mr. Hendricks is skilled in difficult negotiations and mediations, representation in complex litigation, and always asserting the rights of his clients.

Mr. Hendricks graduated from the University of Idaho-College of Law with an emphasis in administrative and environmental law. Prior to law school, Mr. Hendricks graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University-Idaho while working at Forsgren Associates, an engineering consultancy firm in Rexburg.  In addition to his private practice, Mr. Hendricks serves as the appointed city attorney for Sugar City and contract prosecutor for Jefferson County.  He also previously served as a civil deputy attorney for ten years.

While growing up in Rexburg, Chase learned how much good an attorney can do in people’s lives from his grandfather, Ray Rigby, and is committed to continue that noble tradition.  Mr. Hendricks appreciates the culture and way of life in Idaho as well as the importance of the personal and property right protections individuals should always enjoy.  Mr. Hendricks is married to Darralee Hendricks and has a border collie named Bandit and a cat that doesn’t show him much interest.  His hobbies include fishing, hiking, restoring guitars and vintage amplifiers, and exploring the great natural resources of Idaho.
